Our Aquafit class is a fun aerobic class set in the swimming pool. It's a low impact due to the water supporting the body, you do not need to be able to swim but need to be happy in the water.
Bar and Bell
Bar and Bell is a fantastic class to help build muscle and burn fat. By using barbells, dumbbells and Kettlebells this class provides a full body workout designed to get you the best results!
Core & Balance
Core Balance is a mixed class for all abilities, concentrating on strengthening up your core muscles, legs and back. Exercising muscles around the core, provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. You can continually challenge yourself, regardless of your own fitness level.
A total body aerobic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Finishing off with exercises designed to build a strong core. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
A traditional yoga practice that focuses on holding each pose in stillness. Classes will include breath work, a physical practice focusing on strength and flexibility, and meditation/relaxation. Specific areas of the body and particularly injuries or conditions can be worked with and focused on.
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength, flexibility/mobility, stretching and relaxation to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
Gentle Keep Fit
This class is great for people who want to build up their fitness and work on their co-ordination skills. Suitable for all ages and good for people who are recovering from an injury or have had some time off exercise and want to build back up. A friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy getting fit!

Join us in the lounge for a low-impact workout that strengthens your whole body. The class is set to improve cardiovascular health, balance and mobility all set to your pace for a gentle yet effective workout.
Suitable for all abilities, improve balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness using a combination of rowers, bikes, treadmills, resistance machines, and free weights in this circuit-style class.
An upbeat cardio workout that’s both fun and intense. Complete with all the classics as well as new music hits to get the heart pumping!
These sessions involve moving around the ‘Synrgy’ station, completing different functional exercises such as rope-pulling, jumping, resistance bands, kettlebells, resistance cables, battle ropes and much more.
