What customers can expect from our staff 

• Staff will treat all customers with courtesy, respect and fairness.

• Staff will maintain a safe, clean environment and respond promptly.

• Staff will listen, communicate clearly and seek solutions.

 

What staff expect from customers 

• Treat staff and others with respect.

• Follow safety rules and use equipment appropriately.

• Share spaces fairly and keep noise to considerate levels.

 

Inappropriate behaviour (not tolerated)

• Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour.

• Harassment, bullying or discrimination.

• Violence, intimidation or refusal to follow safety instructions.

• Damage to equipment or facilities.
