Launching across Pembrokeshire in conjunction with Pembrokeshire Leisure. The scheme has been created to help individuals improve their health and wellbeing, live happier vibrant lives by promoting increased physical activity.
We will be holding Wellness events around Pembrokeshire and We are excited to introduce a state-of-the-art Body Composition Monitor that revolutionises how we approach Individuals health and wellness in the workplace and the community. With this cutting-edge technology, we go beyond traditional weight measurements to provide a comprehensive analysis of an Individuals overall health, ensuring they are in the best shape to thrive both personally and professionally.
