Book community activities

To book community based activities with Active 4 Life you will need to navigate to the Leisure Initiatives site on your Pembrokeshire Leisure App or alternatively book via our the Pembrokeshire Leisure website. 

Booking via the Pembs Leisure App:

You can download our Pembs Leisure App here – please note you must be a registered user on our system to book sessions via our app. If you are not registered then you can register here free. You will also require the email address that you used to register with us and your PIN. You can request your PIN here.

1. Open the app and search for the ‘LeisureInitiatives’ site. Once selected the homepage will open. 
2. Here you can now select the Active 4 Life logo to proceed. You will then be given 4 options:
3. Community Collaborations
4. Pop-Up Activities 
5. Social Groups 
6. Tell me more. 
7. Select the relevant heading relating to the activity you wish to book. This will then bring you to the booking list. 
8. Select the session you wish to book from the list. Full information regarding the activity will now appear. *Note that some sessions have a 7 day booking policy and therefore will not appear until 7 days prior. 

Booking via the Pembrokeshire Leisure website:

You can book via our website here – please note you must be a registered user on our system to book sessions via our website. If you are not registered then you can register here free. You will require the email address that you used to register with us and your PIN. You can request your PIN here.

1. Log in here. 
2. First time – select your preferred site as Leisure Initiatives
3. Logged in previously – select the Leisure initiatives site from the ‘what’s on at’ tab.
4. Using the search functions find the desired activity you wish to book. 
5. Select ‘book’
6. Confirm the activity is correct and select ‘book’ again. 
7. Your booking is now confirmed and you will receive an email confirmation. 

Cancelling via the Pembrokeshire Leisure website:

To cancel session you must log into your account. 

1. Log in here. 
2. Select ‘manage bookings’
3. From the list of bookings select the ‘bin’ icon on the right hand side to cancel
4. Confirm the details are correct for the session you wish to cancel and select ‘confirm’. 

*Please note if the ‘bin’ icon is not selectable then the booking has fallen into the window of late cancellation (4 hours prior). If you still wish to cancel, you can contact your nearest Pembrokeshire Leisure facility via telephone, email or in person. A late cancellation fee will apply for circumstances that are not deemed extreme.
