A carefully structured full body exercise class, targeting strength and endurance without impact. Suitable for all ages and abilities, closely monitored to ensure safety with clear demonstrations throughout.

 

60+ Bowls 

Suitable for all abilities our coach will guide you through the fundamentals of bowls. Socialise whilst improving your coordination, balance, and learning new skills.

 

Gentle Keep Fit 

Get more active with our Gentle Keep Fit! With a wide variety of exercises to tone and strengthen the body head to toe whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness. 

 

Senior Strength & Balance 

Let’s improve strength and balance later in life! Core and balance training to help keep your joints supple and improve strength to aid mobility and reduce the risk of falls. 

 

Later Life Pilates / Pilates

Later Life Pilates focuses on balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility. This workout should leave you feeling calm, balanced, and rejuvenated.

 

F.I.T (Functional Interval Training 

Let's improve our coordination, balance and body awareness to avoid unnecessary injury. Functional Interval Training (F.I.T.) focuses on movement patterns that have a purpose, thereby improving the body’s ability to work efficiently as one unit. F.I.T. aims to make everyday activities easier to perform by helping you gain strength and confidence. 

 

Gym Circuits 

Suitable for all abilities, improve balance, strength and cardiovascular fitness using a combination of rowers, bikes, treadmills, resistance machines and free weights in this circuit style class. 

 

Wellbeing Walk 

Active 4 Life & West Wales Walks for Wellbeing have come together to offer a wellbeing walk. Get outdoors and embrace all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. We recommend wearing comfortable sturdy footwear and bringing light waterproofs should the weather change unexpectedly.
