I’m one of the Project Leads for Active Disability. I love creating fun, engaging sessions that people genuinely enjoy. Seeing our reach grow and hearing all the positive feedback is incredibly rewarding. I’m a busy mum with a very sporty daughter, so I’m always on the go! I also love getting out for walks with my cocker spaniel and enjoying our beautiful county. Being active boosts both your physical and mental wellbeing—and we make it fun, welcoming, and accessible for everyone.

Monika
Emma
My name is Emma-Louise but people call me Emma. I am one of the project leads for Active disability so we organise and facilitate the active disability sessions. I most enjoy meeting all of our customers and their carers. I also love organising fun and engaging sessions for people to enjoy and being able to attend the classes to see the positive impact they have. Outside of work I am busy mum of two so I’m usually driving children to their various extra curricular activities as they are very sporty. I also enjoy watching football. I think if you or someone you know has a disability then you should come and join us at active disability to get active, have fun and make new friends. Our sessions are adaptable and engaging so they are suitable for various needs and we are there to support fitness in a safe environment. We also encourage carers to join in which keeps them active and improves relationships.
Marcela
My name is Marcela, I am a Zumba instructor. I enjoy seeing the customers enjoy dancing and watching the progression. I like going for walks in the forest and on the beaches. I also like chilling out at home, reading and doing some chores. People should come to have fun and listen to different music, move their bodies and see other people.
Jadzia (Jade)
I am a Class instructor, I enjoy Seeing and interacting with the wide range of people and their personalities in my classes. I enjoy gaming and watching anime (I'm a big nerd at heart). There is a big range of activities and sessions that I believe that everyone can find something to enjoy plus its good for everybody to get out and interact with others.
Ray
I teach Boccia at Milford Haven Leisure Centre and have proudly represented Disabled Bowling for Wales, so Bowling is a huge passion of mine. I love helping people develop their skills and confidence in a sport that I truly enjoy. When I’m not working with Active Disability, you’ll usually find me working at Norman Industries. I also enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and taking part in Bowling events whenever I can. I also volunteer as a uniformed instructor in the Sea Cadets and Royal Marine Cadets. Active Disability offers a wide range of inclusive sessions across Pembrokeshire that are engaging, supportive, and fun. It provides a welcoming space for individuals, along with their families and carers, to socialise and stay active together.
