International Day of Older Persons

This International Day of Older Persons, we are highlighting how keeping fit and maintaining a healthy routine can bring many benefits as we age.

Light exercises such as walking or stretching can support mobility and reduces the risk of long-term health issues. Regularly eating well, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest can also play an essential role.

Keeping into a routine—whether through exercise, hobbies, or being socially active can help to maintain structure, and boost your mental and physical wellbeing.

Let’s take today to celebrate older people everywhere and commit to supporting healthy, active ageing.
