On 26th October 2024, Disability Sport Wales will host a fantastic opportunity for disabled people aged 5 and above.
This session will be hosted by Ceredigion Actif at Teifi Leisure Centre from 10am to 1pm. Participants can enjoy a variety of sports, including:
- Fencing
- Boccia
- Wheelchair Basketball
- Wheelchair Rugby
- Football
- Archery
- Scarlets
- Cattlestrength (Fitness)
