The Gym
Our fitness suite is a 29-station gym that consists of a range of Life Fitness cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights and a stretching area.
If you have not used our gyms before you will need a Kick-start, which is a gym induction. To arrange a time and to book, email:

Would you like to use our gym but you’re only here for a short time? No problem, you can register for our Gym Access for Visitors option, allowing you to use our gyms for a 14 day period.
Swimming Pool
Our pools have something for everyone.
Our main pool is a traditional rectangle 4 lane 25m variable depth pool. The depth ranges from 0.8m to 2m. It is ideal for training or for a leisurely swim.
Our learner pool is a 9x9m warmer pool perfect for younger children to start their Learn to Swim journey and for family fun.
Group Exercise
We offer a variety of group exercise classes from Yoga to Spin. Our instructors will guide you and keep you motivated throughout the session. Group Exercise classes are a great way for you to train with your friends or to meet new people. Group Exercise classes are usually located in either our sports hall or studio.
Sports Hall
Our Sports Hall allow clubs to keep training through the winter months or families and friends to book a badminton or table tennis court. You can also book the whole sports hall for a kick about, to play basketball or for children’s birthday parties!
