2. Registration Requirements
All individuals wishing to register must complete the Pembrokeshire Leisure online user registration form. Registration is only permitted through this online form.

Customers may ask at reception if they require assistance in completing this form.
Once submitted, the information entered by the user is automatically uploaded to the Gladstone MRM database. Users are responsible for ensuring that all data provided is accurate and complete before submission, as incorrect information may affect access to services.
3. Photograph Requirement
Each registered user is required to have a true-likeness photograph assigned to their account. Photographs are used solely to ensure accounts and user cards are used by the correct individual and to support identification in the event of an emergency.
4. Mandatory Information
The following information must be provided before registration can be processed. Users must ensure these details are entered accurately on the online form:
- First Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Home Postcode
- Title
- Gender (Sex at Birth)
- True-likeness Photograph
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Applicants who do not provide accurate required information will not be eligible to register with Pembrokeshire Leisure.
5. GDPR, Privacy and Data Protection
Pembrokeshire Leisure is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data. All personal information is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data collected during registration will be used to create and maintain a user account, verify identity, prevent misuse of accounts, support emergency identification, and administer bookings, memberships, facility access and related services. Pembrokeshire Leisure will only collect data necessary for service delivery, retain it only as long as required, and ensure it is stored securely and accessible only to authorised personnel.
To support data protection best practice, registered users who do not access Pembrokeshire Leisure services during any rolling 12‑month period will have their personal information automatically deleted from our system.
