Photography Policy

Photography/Recording Policy

The use of any photographic or recording equipment including mobile phones is forbidden unless permission prior to using a camera or other device is obtained from a member of the Management Team

Photography / recording may only take place in the agreed area and of the agreed person / object as detailed on the Photography / Recording Consent Form.

Exclusions to Photograph / Record

Under NO circumstances will members of the public be allowed to use photographic or recording equipment including mobile phones in the following areas:

ยท All Changing Areas, Toilet Areas, Health Suites (Sauna / Steam Room)

This will also apply to the Photography / Recording of a group of individuals i.e. a gala, competition etc. whereby permission from all individuals involved has not been obtained. 

However in the event of an organisation responsible for the activity demonstrating to management that they have obtained all relevant permission from either the individuals or in the case of children their parents/guardians to photograph / record then management will accede to this request. 

Should any customer complain or express concern regarding the use of any photographic or recording equipment including mobile phones, permission will be withdrawn.

Failure to abide by any of these guidelines and instructions from facility staff will result in permission to photograph / record being withdrawn.
