Pembrokeshire Leisure has 7 gyms.
We are located throughout Pembrokeshire from Crymych in the North to Tenby in the South.
We have either Life Fitness or Technogym equipment.
Every gym has a selection of both cardiovascular and resistance equipment.
All gyms also have a range of free-weight equipment too.
Our instructing team are on hand to help with your journey, whether this is a brand new start or having had a break, we’ve got the skills to get you back on track.
To use our facilities you will need to do one of two things:
You will either need to book a kickstart induction. You can do this via our app, online or in your chosen facility.
Or if you are visiting our beautiful county for a short time you can register for our Gym Access for Visitors option.
