A fun, energetic 45-minute circuit training class designed for young people aged 11–16. Sessions are inspired by a mix of standard Group Circuits, MX4-style training, and Functional Fitness classes, adapted to suit younger participants.

Each session combines bodyweight movements, cardio bursts, and light resistance work to build fitness, strength, and confidence in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Led by qualified instructors, sessions are varied and engaging, helping participants develop healthy habits while having fun with friends.
