MX4 is a 30-minute, coach-led small group training session designed to maximise results and engagement. Each workout blends: -

CARDIO – Enhancing cardiovascular endurance –

POWER – Boosting speed and explosiveness –

STRENGTH – Developing muscle control and function –

ENDURANCE – Increasing stamina and muscular resilience.

 

Suitable for ages 11-16.
