Focused on Basic Life Support (BLS), emergency response, and casualty management, this course empowers families to act confidently and effectively in emergencies—at home, school, or in the community.

Priorities of Casualty Management
- Danger: Checking the scene is safe
- Response: Assessing the casualty’s consciousness
- Airway: Ensuring an open airway
- Breathing: Checking for normal breathing
- Circulation: Managing bleeding and signs of shock
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants
- Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Recovery position and breathing checks
General Casualty Management
- Managing wounds, bleeding, burns, and broken bones
- Helping someone who is choking
- Treating minor injuries with confidence
- Comforting and supporting an injured person while waiting for help
