Yoga (Hatha)

Hatha yoga is a system and association of physical practice – Asana, Breathing practice - pranayama and relaxation. It's is a Subtle way to control the flow of energy to create harmony in the body and mind. It will help you to build confidence, strength and also increase your flexibility, coordination and develop a sense of inner calm.

 

Yoga (Nidra)

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation which is practiced lying down. During the class participants are guided into a deep state of consciousness relaxation. This beautiful practice improves sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps to instil a deep sense of peace.

 

Yoga (Power)

Power Yoga is a vigorous style of yoga.  You will flow through a sequence of postures in a dynamic way.  The practice moves towards building internal heat, helping you to stretch each & every muscle in your body.  You will develop stamina, strength & with regular practice increase your flexibility & balance.  We finish with a short relaxation to fully assimilate the benefits of the session

 

Yoga (Seated)

Yoga is for everybody! This class is performed 90% to 100 % on chairs in a seated position, but with plenty of movements. You will practice the classic yoga postures aiming to protect the joints, moving with more awareness of our body. The sequences are suitable for everybody, from complete beginner, people with different disabilities to advance practitioners so everybody will feel the benefits even after first class. You will approach a few moments of mental relaxation at the beginning and end of each section.

 

Yoga (Vinyasa)

Vini yoga is a meditative style of Yoga, using co-ordinated breath and movement for mind, body and spirit.  Bringing greater body awareness, strength and flexibility; a quieter mind and connection with our inner selves. This class is suitable for everyone.

 

Yoga (Wake Up)

This class is mainly Vinyasa Flow. A style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. Usually, classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. Class also includes elements from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and always finish with few minutes of relaxation. A perfect combination of Strength and Flexibility!

 

Yoga (Yin)

Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga where the asanas are held for up to 8 minutes. The positions are held for longer to support nourishing the body, prevent against injury and day to day wear and tear. Yin Yoga supports the alleviation of stress, restores energy, improves flexibility, boosts circulation and reduces tension. Allowing our mind, body and energy to feel well. The class is a moving meditation with stillness at the end of class so that we feel rested and improves our sleep.
