Circuits is interval training, following a set routine between workout station. 

Assisted with serious motivation from your coach!

A whole body workout good for increase fitness and building muscular strength and endurance.

 

Circuits (Aqua)

 

Timed strength and aerobic exercises using the resistance and buoyancy of the water. Suitable for all abilities, including non-swimmers, those recovering from injury, new to exercise or looking to further their fitness levels.

 

Circuits (Gentle)

 

A carefully structured full body exercise class, targeting strength and endurance without impact. Suitable for all ages and abilities, closely monitored to ensure safety with clear demonstrations throughout. Lots of fun and motivation with a social aspect!

 

Circuits (Gym)

 

Suitable for all abilities, improve balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness using a combination of rowers, bikes, treadmills, resistance machines, and free weights in this circuit-style class.

 

Circuits (NERS)

A carefully structured full body exercise class for customers on the national exercise referral scheme, targeting strength and endurance without impact. Closely monitored to ensure safety with clear demonstrations throughout. Lots of fun and motivation with a social aspect!
