As the temperatures rise this week, we encourage you, our customers to look after yourselves, be aware of your exercise limits, and take extra care when using our facilities. Please remember to drink enough water to stay hydrated. Please also note that these extreme temperatures could make all areas in our centre's warmer than usual.
