Car Park Update: Barrier System Reintroduced
We’ve listened to your feedback and understand the concerns around car parking at the centre. To help improve the situation, we’ll be reintroducing our car park barrier system and closely monitoring how it works going forward.
What’s changing?
From the 20th April , the barriers will be back in use.
When you arrive, the barrier will raise automatically to allow you to enter.
During your visit, you’ll need to collect a parking token from the Reception desk.
When leaving, simply place the token into the token machine at the barrier to exit.
For visitors
If you’re visiting the centre, please collect your token either when you arrive or before you leave. If you have any problems using the barrier, there is a call button on the system which will connect you directly to Reception. A member of the team will be happy to help, though they may ask which sessions you attended or the reason for your visit.
For non‑centre users
Anyone not using the centre’s facilities will be able to purchase a parking token for £5 from the Reception desk.
Looking ahead
We’re also exploring additional ways to distribute tokens, including the option of a token machine. Please keep an eye on future updates for more information.
Thank you for your understanding and continued feedback — it really helps us improve our services for everyone.
