MX4 small group training is coming to Pembrokeshire Leisure

Introducing MX4 – The Next Level in Small Group Training

We’re excited to launch MX4, a dynamic and results-driven small group training experience coming to our gyms from 1 September. Designed to combine the motivation of group exercise with the personalised attention of an Instructor led session, MX4 delivers fast, effective workouts that keep you engaged from start to finish.

Each 30-minute session is built around four essential training pillars – Cardio, Power, Strength, and Endurance – creating a balanced approach to fitness that works for all abilities. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness level, push past a plateau, or simply enjoy a fun and focused workout, MX4 has something for you.

The Four Pillars of MX4

Cardio – Boost your heart health, improve lung capacity, and enhance overall cardiovascular endurance through challenging yet achievable exercises.

Power – Develop speed, explosiveness, and agility with movements designed to increase performance in both sport and daily life.

Strength – Build muscle control, stability, and function for a stronger, more capable body.

How It Works

MX4 uses a circuit-style format where participants move through four stations, each representing one of the training pillars. At every station, you’ll complete three targeted exercises:

Lower Body – Focused on legs, hips, and glutes for improved power and stability.

Upper Body – Targeting arms, shoulders, chest, and back to build upper-body strength and definition.

Total Body – Full-body functional movements to challenge coordination, balance, and overall conditioning.

This structure ensures a complete, full-body workout every time, while the coach-led format keeps you motivated, provides expert technique guidance, and allows for modifications to suit your fitness level.
