We are situated on Priory Road in the heart of Milford Haven, opposite Milford Haven Community Primary School.
The ‘Meads’ swimming pool was built in 1974 with the leisure centre opening 10 years later in 1984. The most recent addition to the centre was a new fitness suite and reception area in 2006.

Our Gym is currently kitted out with the latest Life Fitness equipment. We have an equal split of equipment, which incorporates Cardiovascular machines, Functional fitness and Resistance training.

Would you like to use our gym but you’re only here for a short time? No problem, you can register for our Gym Access for Visitors option, allowing you to use our gyms for a 14 day period.
Our swimming pool is a 25m, 4 lane, traditional swimming pool which goes from a meter deep in the shallow end to 2 Meters in the deep end. We offer a variety of sessions from swimming lessons, inflatable fun sessions, lane swimming and more. We are proud to be the home of Milford Haven Swimming Squad.
We offer a variety of group exercise classes from pilates to indoor cycling with classes to suit all fitness levels. We are proud to offer a variety of Les Mills classes, who are world leaders in group exercise and fitness.

We have 2 courts at the centre, with squash being one of our most popular activities. Whether you are looking to play a gentler game of racquetball with a friend or train with our squash coach and compete in the local league, a game on the court can be a great way to keep fit and have fun.
Our indoor bowls hall is one of only 2 in West Wales, with a new carpet laid in 2019. Our 4 rink indoor green can be hired to play bowls as a group, an individual or as a team.
We are proud hosts of a number of bowlers including the Pembrokeshire Indoor Bowling Committee.
