Bubbles provides a fully supported introduction to the aquatic environment for babies and young children with an accompanying adult.

Top Tips for Attending a Bubbles Swimming Lesson

When bringing your little one to their Bubbles swimming lesson, here is some advice that will help you to have the best experience possible.

  1. Bring a spare towel for your baby. You can use one to lay them on while changing to help keep them warm and then have a dry towel to help dry them off.
  2. Use a reusable neoprene, swimming nappy over the top of a disposable swimming nappy. We operate a double nappy policy to help keep our pools clean.
  3. A neoprene body wrap can help to keep your baby warm during their lesson.
  4. Take the songs we sing and advice we give during the lessons and implement them into your bath time routines, the repetition of skills will help your baby to develop.
  5. Smile and enjoy being in the water! Your baby will take cues from you. If you are enjoying the water, it will help them to feel safe and enjoy the water too.
