Pop-Up Classes

What are they?

Pop-Up classes are in addition to our normal group exercise timetable. They will change frequently and will offer some extra classes for our customers to take part in.

Our Classes

Les Mills Body Pump

Les Mills Body Pump is a barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. The combination of scientifically-backed moves, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own.

 

Les Mills Body Attack

Les Mills Body Attack is a great way to build cardio fitness and burn calories while you shape and tone your entire body.  

People can burn up to 675 calories during a 55-minute Les Mills Body Attack workout, while also building athleticism, stamina and agility. By improving overall athleticism you increase your body’s ability to effectively burn calories while you do any exercise.

 

Les Mills Grit

When it comes to calorie burn, Les Mills Grit is where it’s at. This type of high-intensity interval training is designed to rapidly improve your fitness and maximize calorie burn. 

During a 30-minute Les Mills Grit workout people can burn around 400 calories, and that is just the beginning. Les Mills Grit stimulates excess post-exercise oxygen and as a result, depending on how much effort you put into the workout, you will continue burning calories for up to nine hours after your workout ends.

 

Les Mills Body Balance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, Les Mills Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred. 

 

Les Mills Mix

High intensity interval training brought to you by Les Mills. A mixture of the 3 types of Grit class to help you train in all areas cardio, plyo and strength.

 

Core Balance

If you‘re looking for a class where you can improve your overall fitness without high impact moves or complicated routines, then this could be for you. A fun workout targeted to improve: Balance, Posture, Core Strength, Flexibility and Wellbeing. 

 

Aquafit

A great whole body water workout.Suitable for everyone, especially those with joint problems or injuries.  Your instructor will guide you through a series of aerobic movements to music, sometimes using resistive and buoyancy aids. Suitable for all swimming abilities.

 

Group Cycling

Group Cycling is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because Spin is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels. 

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.

 

Circuits

This class will get you using lots of energy whilst performing a variety of movements to enhance your strength and stability.You will improve your core physical abilities such as speed and agility by targeting difference muscle groups.

 

Pilates

Anyone at any age can get started with this class. Your instructor will help you focus your mind and regulate your breathing through controlled and progressive movements. This is a great way to improve your Balance, Core Strength and Flexibility.

 

Interval Step

A group exercise class which will help you to build your fitness levels whilst having fun! Steps are used to increase the intensity of the workout.
