Swim classes provide an alternative way to work out, improve fitness to achieve goals and train for personal challenges in a social environment. Our adult swimming lessons cater for all abilities, from complete beginners to master classes for those who wish to compete.
So, if you’re looking for a new challenge over the winter to prepare you for beach days in the summer book on to one of our classes, details below:
Adult Beginners Lessons Wednesday 7.30pm
An introduction to the pool, helping to build your water confidence whilst learning basic aquatic skills. These classes take place in shallow water.
Adult Intermediate/Advanced Lessons Wednesday 8.45pm
Aiming to build your confidence in deeper water, teaching basic breathing and stroke techniques with the goal of being able to confidently swim a minimum of 50metres on both your front and back with an acceptable standard of stroke
Aiming to build on your swimming skills, improving stroke and breathing techniques and building stamina.
Adult Swim Fit Tuesday 7.45am and Wednesday 8.45pm
A fitness class aimed at perfecting your stroke and breathing and building your strength and endurance to competition level.
