Strictly FitSteps

FitSteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.

You will have so much fun you won’t even realise you are getting fit!


Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred. Happy.



Make a splash with our aqua aerobics classes!

This is a high energy, fun fitness class perfect for all ages and abilities. Based in our swimming pools, the water is used as resistance while performing aerobic moves designed to burn fat and improve stamina. This class is perfect for those wanting to improve their fitness levels with a low impact workout.



Circuits is interval training, following a set routine between workout station. 

Assisted with serious motivation from your coach!

A whole body workout good for increase fitness and building muscular strength and endurance.



BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 



BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Learn how to Hulahoop, burn calories and tone up in this fun class!

Using a mixture of hooping, swiss ball exercises, skipping and more this class is a great way to help you build your fitness and lose weight whist having fun.


Wake Up Yoga

This class is mainly Vinyasa Flow. A style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly. Usually, classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. Class also includes elements from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and always finish with few minutes of relaxation. A perfect combination of Strength and Flexibility! 


Let’s Get Active

This class is designed to encourage activity to develop a range of movement, have fun and socialise! Specifically for adults with a learning disability. A variety of fun activities, sports and games.


Tai Chi Movements to Well-being (TMW) - NERS

TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) is a specially-developed sequence of movements which promotes physical and emotional wellbeing. With origins in both Tai Chi and Chi Kung, the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a simplified form.  Completing the TMW series of moves and gestures takes just 10 minutes. And the beauty of TMW is that it can be practised both seated and standing, making its benefits accessible to all.


Legs, Bums and Tums

This class is designed to increase muscle definition and sculpt the legs, bums and tums into the shape you want! Using resistance from equipment or own body weight these exercises specifically target these problem areas.


Total Body Sculpt

A great entire body workout by combining both strength and cardio fitness elements. 

One hour of total body conditioning, targeting all components of fitness; using different forms of resistance. Every class is different and is designed to keep challenging you!
