Intensive Lessons Course (5 days) – Weeks commencing 26.07.21, 02.08.21, 09.08.21 & 16.08.21
These lessons are fun and excellent for building confidence in the water. A great way to boost all aspects of your child’s swimming. Suitable for children 4+ years. Waves 1, 2, 3 & 4 each day with the same instructor. Limited spaces so book now to avoid disappointment.
Mermaid Swim Course (5 days) – Weeks commencing 26.07.21 & 09.08.21
We are so excited that our Mermaids and Mermen can return to the pool!
Mermaids Swim Course will cover how to put on and take off the tail, how to enter and exit the water, be able to move safely in the water, basic breath holding and some mermaid skill work , which will lead to basic routines.
You will then continue to progress onto partner and group routines, advanced movements, mermaid fitness and some basic synchronised mermaid swims. Mermaid swimming is great for improving your core strength, flexibility, stamina and balance
Life Saving Course (5 days) – Week commencing 02.08.21
Our Life Saving Course will cover life vital First Aid skills such as CPR, Recovery position and what to do if you come across someone having a stroke or heart attack. We will also be doing water lifesaving skills such as, water safety, rescues that can be used in the pool or sea and survival skills.
Mixed Pool Activity Week (Daily) – Week commencing 16.08.21
Monday – Master class – Starts and turns
Our master class is aimed at swimmers wanting to improve and/or practise their competitive starts and turns
Tuesday – Water polo & skill session
Come and improve your existing water skills and learn some new ones followed by a small game of water polo
Wednesday – Fun & Games
This session will include obstacles, challenges and fun games
Thursday – Distance day
Come and try out for your next distance badge
Friday – Fitness
This session is for swimmers wanting to improve their stamina.
Mini Masters
Mini Masters is a weekly session to improve strength, stamina and technique. This session will also include starts, turns and finishes, This session is applicable for Wave 6 and above.
Splash and Learn for 6-11 year olds
Free session with Wacky Races, Water Safety, Fun and Games skills.
Must be a competent swimmer and able to swim 25m.
