Class Descriptions


Our Aquafit class is a fun aerobic class set in the swimming pool.  It's a low impact due to the water supporting the body, you do not need to be able to swim but need to be happy in the water.


Bar and Bell

Bar and Bell is a fantastic class to help build muscle and burn fat. By using barbells, dumbbells and Kettlebells this class provides a full body workout designed to get you the best results!



A traditional yoga practice that focuses on holding each pose in stillness. Classes will include breath work, a physical practice focusing on strength and flexibility, and meditation/relaxation. Specific areas of the body and particularly injuries or conditions can be worked with and focused on.



A 30-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using only your body. This allows you to work as hard as you can at your level.



Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength, flexibility/mobility, stretching and relaxation to improve general fitness and wellbeing.


Gentle Keep Fit

This class is great for people who want to build up their fitness and work on their co-ordination skills. Suitable for all ages and good for people who are recovering from an injury or have had some time off exercise and want to build back up. A friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy getting fit!


Strength & Balance

Does what it says on the tin! This class is great for building up your flexibility, strengthening up specific muscle groups and also improving your balance. All of this will help you to be more aware of your core and how to use it. Suitable for all levels; we all have to start somewhere! You will notice a difference in your daily life as your balance improves. 



This is a class for those people who want to work up a sweat. Based around various exercises using a kettlebell, you will repeat sets of each exercise and push your muscles to feel the burn! Great for toning up your body, improving your strength and co-ordination. 


Body Conditioning 

Body Conditioning is a full-body workout that is fun and energetic, using a wide range of equipment and training techniques. Loaded with variety, this class is perfect for burning body fat, increasing strength, and building endurance.


Gym Circuits   

Suitable for all abilities, improve balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness using a combination of rowers, bikes, treadmills, resistance machines, and free weights in this circuit-style class.
